Halloween Experience

I remember during holloween last year my parents were talking to some of there friends. I have this thing were when I’m greeting someone I’ll hug the women of the group and give the men a handshake bc due to past trauma I don’t like getting to close to a man I don’t know. Anyway It was time to leave and I was giving my hugs and handshakes but when I put my hand out for a hand shake he said, “oh come on you have them a hug” and I said something like “sorry, I just don’t want to hug you” and my mom called me rude and made me hug him. I still think about this a lot
